By using our website and booking any service with Baywatcher Cleaning, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or requesting a quote.
Baywatcher Cleaning is a professional cleaning service company based in Temple Terrace, Florida, providing residential and small commercial cleaning solutions. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment under exceptional circumstances.
When booking a cleaning service through our website, social media, phone, or email, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to request services at the specified location. The price provided in your estimate may vary if the actual condition of the property is substantially different from what was communicated during the booking process.
To maintain our scheduling efficiency and respect our cleaners’ time, clients are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or reschedules. A $25 cancellation fee will apply if a service is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Similarly, a $25 fee will also be charged for “no-show” cases—where the cleaning team is unable to access the property upon arrival and the client is unresponsive.
Our cleaners are trained to follow strict cleaning protocols, and we use products that are safe for pets, children, and the environment. However, it is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific instructions prior to the appointment. We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities.
While we take great care during each cleaning, Baywatcher Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly secured items, or normal wear and tear. Clients are encouraged to safeguard fragile or high-value items before our arrival.
All payments must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, and other forms of digital payment as confirmed by our team. For recurring services, we offer discount plans that can be paused or canceled at any time with 48 hours’ notice.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most current version.
